The Wednesday and Thursday evenings before Christmas week are famously busy with streets packed full of co-workers revelling in the final lead up to the festive break. The following morning it's fair to say those same people are in need of a little extra help, which this year came in the form of a Bloody Mary cafe from those nice guys at TABASCO®. Bang Bang was commissioned by Hunter PR to design and produce the TABASCO® Pick Me Up Pitstop Cafe in Shoreditch's Boxpark. Running from 8am-10am people on their sleepy morning commute were given a free care package of Bloody Mary Pizza from Pizza Pilgrims, Pork and Haggis Scotch Eggs from The Draper Arms, Bloody Mary Mince Pies from Juliet Sear, Bloody Mary Marshmallows from The Marshmallowist and a selection of four different Micro Mary cocktails served in cute stubby wine glasses, including a wasabi Brunch Booster from The Cocktail Guy. Two TABASCO® shacks made from corrugated plastic, steel and reclaimed wood flanked the Boxpark shipping container, on the top of which a rusted cut steel cafe sign was created, mounted onto wire mesh. Ribbons strung from the tops of the shacks added a festive touch, alongside our Christmas tree dressed with mini Tabasco® baubles and pizza, pepper and cocktail emojis. Whilst bellies were kept warm with the delicious cocktails, heads were kept warm with embroidered red beanies. Photos | my own Read more here.
