Nineteen traders were brought together to create unique brunch menus for this one off event hosted by street food pioneers KERB and daily style, cultural and opinion newsletter Emerald Street in Kings Cross. This brunch festival included a braid bar, temporary tattoos, craft classes and 'The Egg Drop' where, inspired by the school science project of the same name, eggs were dropped from a great height after being packaged up in protective layers by entrants hopeful to keep their eggs in one piece. With this combination of KERB favourites, chefs, crafting, science projects, a Bloody Mary bar and a whole lot of sun, this was a day to really soak up the flavour of our city. Photos | The Gaztronome
