A Summer of Festival Dining

This summer has been one of the great ones.

Enlisted by Sprout, who bring dining projects to life, I’ve had the massive¬†pleasure of working on projects at Wilderness, Lovebox and Citadel alongside amazing chef talent including Steven Harris of The Sportsman, Mark Hix, Duck and Waffle, Quality Chop House, Kurobuta and Noble Rot.
